Lynette Robinson, Founder of Lighter Living Virtual Solutions™, leverages her extensive corporate experience and personal passion for people to equip online businesses with solid operations support and candidates to build their teams. Lighter Living Virtual Solutions takes a distinctive, people-centered approach to operations and hiring.
Whether working with a small business with 5 employees or a large corporation with 5000+ employees, Lynette is committed to understanding client needs and creating custom solutions. Simply put, people are what propels Lynette’s work. Her purpose is to understand where a company is, learn what they need, and supply the support that will help them grow into the future.
Experience
During Lynette’s 13-year career in technology sales, she took pride in maintaining client satisfaction by exercising integrity, ensuring quality deliverables, and customizing solutions to unique problems.
With a desire to hone in on the parts of her role that she was most inspired by — service, problem-solving, and building people-centered strategy — Lynette made a career pivot. In 2020, she founded and launched Lighter Living Virtual Solutions™. Today, LLVS offers hiring services and operations support. Lynette’s work has always been fueled by her desire to provide a service to clients that help improve both their professional and personal lives.
To enhance her operations expertise, Lynette obtained a Director of Operations Certification from The Ops Authority™. Today, Lynette is part of a team of Accountability & Expert Coaches, led by Natalie Gingrich, guiding women around the world to discover their skills and talents to uplevel themselves and build businesses they love in the disciplines of Operations.

Lynette’s commitment to serving people informs and enhances both her hiring and operations expertise. In her role as a Director of Operations, Lynette supports a CEO to maximize a company’s efficiency, productivity and profit. She develops strategy to lead the team and to bring the CEO's vision to life. As Lynette expands Lighter Living Virtual Solutions™, she aims to help enterprises build a strong backbone to their organizations via operations and hiring strategies geared towards long-term growth.
Inspiration
Family has been both an example and an inspiration for Lynette’s work. Her parents and grandparents — Pastors and leaders in their church community and beyond — have always demonstrated what it looks like to be of service. The intention, alignment, and connections that are at the forefront of Lynette’s personal and professional mission are direct reflections of her family’s influence. Her two beautiful and brilliant daughters, Leah and Lyndsey are a daily inspiration. Lynette takes great pride in knowing that her work is building a blueprint of excellence and widening access and possibilities for her daughters.
